Why do we need Youth Development Leads?
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with every three in four moving into a positive outcome for either work, education, or training. 3. Deliver employability sessions in person and virtually.
4. Maintain meticulous records of information and data on young people, volunteers, and partners.
5. Lead efforts in creating an inclusive environment supporting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).
6. Deputise when necessary.
