About Our Client
Our client is a leading organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Job Description
* Running payroll for two legal entities (7 locations), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
* Resolving payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
* Preparing HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations).
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC.
* Managing payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
* Providing payroll-related data as required by senior management.
* Day to day management (with significant involvement of the FD and FBP) in the implementation of a new payroll system across all 10 sites. This will be done on a staggered basis.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees.
* Experience in implementing a new payroll system.
* Familiarity with Open People and/or DayForce is beneficial but not essential.
