We provide a range of friendly, welcoming, and professional support services, from occasional day care and assisted living, offering residents independence to specialist dementia care for those in need of the highest level of support whilst offering independence.
We are looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join our fantastic and supportive team. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of up to £31,600, depending on experience and qualifications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the high-quality care we are known for.
* Work closely with the Home Manager and take on management duties in their absence.
* Lead and inspire the team, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and quality of life.
* Liaise with Care Leads, monitor standards through audits, supervised clinical practice, and compliance checks.
* Set high standards and use your skills and experience to help the home achieve outstanding care.
Requirements:
* At least two years’ experience as a Deputy Manager, caring for residents with various health needs, including advanced dementia.
* Experience in managing staff, safeguarding investigations, and risk assessments.
* Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent.
* At least one year of managerial experience in a residential care setting (if qualified to Level 4/5) with a strong understanding of CQC regulations.
