The role of Telesales Advisor:
The role will specifically cover the following areas:
1. Reach out to potential customers to generate enquiries, leads, and adding to their own portfolio of companies.
2. Responsible for answering inbound calls and providing customer service for existing Shredhouse customers as well as looking for new business opportunities.
3. Collaborative working with the wider team, using a range of systems such as Sage, D365, and in-house Excel reports.
4. Processing orders for the manufacturing team, including processing sales orders, preparing paperwork, allocating stock, and other administration around the office.
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
The successful candidate will have experience in Telesales or other sales roles, with the following skills:
1. Experience in generating new business
2. Develop and grow relationships with existing customers
3. Develop strategies to reengage with lapsed customers
4. Daily account management and customer care
5. Strong organisational and communication skills
6. Good numeracy skills
7. Good telephone manner
8. Ability to work in a small team
9. Familiar with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
What you’ll get:

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
