Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Turner & Townsend has an exciting opportunity for a Cost Manager to join our Manchester Real Estate team, helping guide our clients and their professional teams on iconic projects across the Northwest.
We seek individuals with a keen interest in construction, whether from a Main Contracting or PQS background, with an outgoing and collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in feasibility studies and procurement reports
* Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting final cost plans
* Tendering and procurement management, including pre-qualification stages
* Managing post-contract cost variances and change control processes
* Performing cost checks and valuations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Producing and presenting monthly post-contract cost reports
* Negotiating and finalizing accounts
* Interfacing with clients and consultants at all project stages
Experience and Skills:
* Proven track record in delivering high-quality cost management or quantity surveying services across project lifecycles
* Professional qualification (RICS or equivalent) preferred
* Degree or HNC qualification
