HOURS – 37.5 hours over 5 days, between 6am and 9pm

OVERVIEW -

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* A minimum of 12-18 months’ experience in a customer-facing retail role
* Excellent communications skills – both written and oral
* Proven selling skills in a retail environment
* Experience working with high-quality brands
* Experience in achieving daily or monthly retail targets
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
* Assist customers with purchases in a polite and courteous manner
* Offer recommendations when possible
* Refresh display areas on a regular basis
* Keep an accurate record of any Sale or Return items and pass this information on to the Resort Retail Manager
* Offer assistance to all customers, and inform guests of all Resort facilities available to them during their stay
