At CrossReach, you’ll prepare delicious, nutritious meals tailored to the needs of our care home residents. You’ll work closely with the care team to ensure each resident receives the right support, particularly those with special dietary needs.
As a relief cook, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your shifts, giving you a great work-life balance. This role covers sickness and holidays, providing you with a range of opportunities to gain valuable experience. You’ll need experience working as a cook in a kitchen, ideally within a care home, and have completed training related to the role.
While experience in catering for older people is helpful, enthusiasm and a passion for great food are key. We’ll provide full training and support to help you succeed.
