What you will be doing:
1. Joining our Customer Service team to deliver outstanding service during our operating hours (currently 8am - 6pm).
2. Working full or part-time, predominantly Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturday shifts from 8am to 1pm. You will work only 5 days per week.
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers via various contact channels.
4. Advising customers on how to use FedEx services and tools.
5. Helping resolve service-related issues.
6. Identifying opportunities to grow our business with customers.
7. Collaborating with other teams at FedEx to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
