Flourish Education is delighted to be recruiting a PPA Teacher for a friendly, one-form entry primary school in Bridgnorth, starting in September and continuing until Christmas. This welcoming school is seeking a proactive and nurturing teacher to join their team, helping to create a supportive and positive learning environment for their pupils. As a PPA Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with support from the class Teaching Assistant. You won’t need to plan lessons, but you will be expected to deliver them effectively, maintain high standards of behaviour, and mark students’ work in line with the school’s policies. This is a part-time role working three days per week on a long-term basis through to December. A structured, pre-planned PPA schedule will be provided. What We’re Looking For: A warm, friendly, and proactive teacher who enjoys working with children. Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive learning atmosphere. A recent school-based reference.
