You'll work closely with key business areas across the organisation on KYC related matters :
* Leading a team of KYC Analysts, who will perform independent review and testing of KYC information to assess whether a Refresh has adhered to all processes, procedures, and international regulations
* Manage the KYC Analysts, & KYC / QC Analysts within the KYC team, conducting regular 121 sessions or performance management discussions when needed or appropriate
* Support the KYC / QC Analysts who will take the decision to either pass or fail the KYC Refresh. Where potential KYC gaps have been identified, that a repair is required. Supporting the recommendations for the implementation of remedial solutions
* Lead the team who will document and store all testing to a standard that allows reperformance of the work by an independent third party
* Provide key oversight of KYC Onboarding team, covering all SLAs, KPI and KRIs, as well as applying a risk based and policy focused approach
* Challenge and drive change of process and procedures to improve client experience, reliability, and speed of on-boarding. Identify improvements to current processes and work with relevant parties to implement where possible
We are looking for energetic, driven individuals who have good Team and People Leading skills, as well as analytical skills and excellent communication skills
* You will have previous experience as a KYC Team Leader, leading a team of KYC Analysts and KYC / QC Analysts, within onboarding and refresh projects
* You will be used to working with HNW / high risk clients and PEPs
* You will need to have a positive attitude and flexibility towards the work / new initiatives.
* You must be capable of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to work independently on projects, and communicate results to the wider team
* Understanding of the different types of account structures including : Corporates, Trusts, SPV's, Foundations etc
* Familiarity with the different regulators across EMEA and requirements e.g. FCA, BaFIN etc
Duration : Full time role (Monday to Friday) 6 months initially (PAYE inside IR35, please see below details)

Equivalent Annual Salary : £81,448.35 Agreed Contractor Rate : £313.26 (Post deduction of all employer costs) Traditional Day Rate Equivalent : £400
* You will be paid via PAYE via Rockford Payroll.
