The Contact Centre, based in South Gosforth, answers queries for anything related to Newcastle City Council; these can range from reporting a repair to helping vulnerable customers following a fall.
We have the following out of hours patterns available:
(N.B. successful candidates will be required to work 37 hours per week 08:30 – 16:30 for the first 4 – 6 weeks for induction and training)
1. Saturday and Sunday 10am – 8pm
Annual Gross Salary: £21,348 - £22,032 (Monthly £1,779 - £1,836) - up to £21.27 per hour
2. Saturday and Sunday rotating over three shifts (plus ALL bank holidays): 7am – 5pm, 8am – 6pm and 11am – 9pm
Annual Gross Salary: £22,716 - £23,460 (Monthly £1,893 - £1,955) – up to £22.65 per hour
3. 3 on 3 off, including weekends and bank holidays, 7pm – midnight
Annual Gross Salary: £18,216 - £18,804 (Monthly £1,518 - £1,955) – up to £19.63 per hour
4. Thursday and Friday night shift 9pm – 7am plus Saturday and Sunday 6pm – 1am
Annual Gross Salary approximately £28,427 (Monthly approximately £2,368)
These patterns are inclusive of 4 additional hours each month during office hours (for training, team meetings etc which you will be required to attend). Please note the shifts above will include some or all bank holidays.
