About the role As our Environment & Waste Services Contract Officer youll be responsible for the supervision of operational staff and to provide clear, consistent and quality support to enable efficient delivery of the Councils high-profile customer focussed frontline cleansing service contracts. You will have supervisory responsibility for the manual operatives employed on the Councils environmental cleansing contracts, deploying resources to ensure that the Works Services Unit operates efficiently and effectively to high standards of customer care. About you To be successful in this role, youll need experience in a similar waste management environment, experience of monitoring service standards and the ability to demonstrate knowledge of Contract Management.
