Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient maintenance and repair of healthcare facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, and the ability to work within a healthcare environment, adhering to strict regulatory standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of 5 maintenance technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
2. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and reactive repairs for healthcare facilities.
3. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations.
4. Liaise with healthcare staff and stakeholders to minimize downtime and disruption.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
6. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare environment.
2. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems.
3. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in M&E disciplines would be desired.
