Job Overview:
We are a global manufacturer of Petrochemical, Speciality Chemicals, and Oil products, and we are now looking to add a Maintenance Assurance Manager to our team based in Grangemouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Central Maintenance Management team, which defines, implements, and governs all Work Management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing a central view of short, medium, and longer-term activity to support efficient and effective planning
* Overall accountability for the integrity of the CMMS functionality
* Driving integration of all work and activity plans, including maintenance, integrity, production planning, TAR, SUM, and capital projects
* Ownership of the centralized strategy and requirements for Work Management performance
Requirements:
* Candidates will hold a Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering Discipline
* 10+ years of experience within Petrochemicals, Downstream refining, or Upstream sectors
* Significant exposure to maintenance, planning, scheduling, contract management, and systems e.g., scheduling tools (P6) and CMMS
* Knowledge of TAR; Sum; Integrity; Maintenance; Production and Cost management/financial planning processes
