4. You will handle Bordereaux Administration, tracking, filing, logging, and submitting documents to the Operations team when needed.
5. You will resolve account queries, working with the Operations, Underwriting, and Credit Control teams to solve any issues.
6. You will maintain organized documentation in SharePoint, making sure files are correctly named, structured, and easy to find.
7. You will help with process improvements, contributing to ways we can work more efficiently as a team.
8. You will assist with other administrative tasks, providing support as needed.
