Job Description
* Maintain reporting mechanisms and systems (including reporting and monitoring for Health and Safety and Compliance)
* Engage and support key colleagues and stakeholders
* Develop a Compliance Framework detailing all legislative and regulatory responsibilities for the organisation
* Create a clear and effective plan for the mitigation of all related risks
The Successful Applicant
* Fully qualified membership of IOSH
* Highly developed abilities in the management of risk and development of corporate, long-term solutions and governance structures
* A proven track record of delivering significant improvements in health and safety practices
* Proven leadership and team-building skills with an inclusive, collaborative style
* Customer-focused and committed to providing a high-quality service
