We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bureau Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering daily bureau services to clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various processes. This role will involve client onboarding, invoice management, query resolution, and reporting, as well as contributing to the continual improvement of our billing systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and management of the bureau service function to a portfolio of corporate clients on fixed and flexible energy supply contracts The successful candidate will perform daily bureau service activities, which may include but are not limited to: · Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Manage and support the onboarding process for clients to the Connect Hub platform, ensuring a smooth transition and effective setup. Invoice Validation & Query Reporting: Validate invoices and generate reports for any discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with clients and suppliers. Supplier Queries : Raise and resolve queries with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of any issues. Change of Tenancies: Process change of tenancies and manage related paperwork, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Cost & Consumption Reports : Produce detailed, portfolio-wide cost and consumption reports for clients and issue them in a timely manner. ETRM Maintenance : Maintain trade logs and client positions on the Energy Trading & Risk Management System (ETRM), ensuring accuracy and consistency. Connections & Disconnections : Assist with the management of new connections and disconnections, ensuring smooth transitions for clients. Process Improvement : Actively drive the continual improvement of billing systems and processes, suggesting enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Documentation & Efficiencies: Ensure that all core processes are well-documented and identify opportunities for efficiencies to be implemented across the team. Client Meetings : Attend client meetings alongside Procurement Analysts to discuss billing, reporting, and other relevant topics.
