Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join our partner Primary school and their SEN Hub in Peterlee, working with learners from KS1 - KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist teachers in providing tailored educational support to students within the SEN hub.
2. Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
3. Offer one-on-one support to boost student confidence and independence.
4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
5. Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
2. A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
4. A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
