A great client of ours is seeking a professional for an Adult Community Mental Health Team, supporting individuals aged 18 to 65 in the Reading area. They offer a flexible work environment with a balance of on-site and remote working. Role Overview You will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to 30 service users. You’ll play a vital role in care coordination, delivering high-quality support and interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
