This role will give you the opportunity to have a huge impact in strengthening their marketing capabilities by developing targeted, insight-led campaigns that engage, educate, and convert.
If you’re an experienced CRM marketer with experience in a B2B industry, using customer, product and sales data to create highly personalised campaigns, this is your chance to take full ownership of CRM marketing in a business investing in growth. You'll be responsible for creating strategy, segmenting data, running campaigns and growing sales.
About You:
* Proven experience in an analytical CRM-focused marketing role.
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and data-driven segmentation.
* Confident in developing strategy, running campaigns end-to-end, and optimising performance.
* Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling content and CTAs.
* Highly self-sufficient and proactive, able to drive initiatives forward independently.
* Proficient in CRM and marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Devising and implementing a CRM marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Developing segmented customer audiences and running highly targeted campaigns.
* Creating lead-nurturing initiatives to increase engagement, leads and sales.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with the commercial, marketing and sales teams.
* Managing end-to-end campaign execution – from strategy to deployment and analysis.
* Running A/B and multivariate testing to optimise performance.
* Writing compelling marketing content that drives response and engagement.
* Working with designers to ensure creative is engaging, consistent, and on-brand.
* Briefing sales and outbound teams on campaign objectives and results.
* Building and leading a growing team, managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Where You'll Be Based:
With nearly 70% of the staff being in operational roles, which require them to be on site, the business has adopted a collective approach to support this meaning all roles across the company are full time at the office.
The office is based at BD4 6SG, just off the M606, which is easily accessible if you have your own transport. Free parking is available. Those without a car and licence will likely find access difficult. Commutable towns and cities include Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford and Halifax.
How You'll Be Rewarded:
In addition to a competitive salary of up to £45,000 you'll also receive enhanced pension, enhanced holiday allowance and a potential bonus.
