Perform opening and closing procedures for shifts. Upsell food, drinks, and snacks to maximise revenue. Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment during and after service. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu to assist with recommendations. Comply with licensing regulations. Adapt to various responsibilities as needed.
