Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher
Location: Greenwich, London
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm)

I am working with a vibrant Primary Mainstream School in Greenwich with a dedicated special needs Unit, looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a class of 8, all with ASD needs on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism and other special educational needs.
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
5. Support students in developing social skills and independence.
Requirements:
1. Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism.
2. A patient and empathetic approach.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.
5. An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
