Key responsibilities include:
As Digital Content Strategist, you will lead the development of integrated campaigns across Digital channels; web, Social Media, Paid Media and Email Marketing. This role is supported by a mixture of a central team, direct reports, and 3rd party agencies. You’ll help coordinate the campaign and content plan to ensure consistency and brand focus, with the ultimate goal of driving Engagement and Awareness through content and Social Media.
· Coordinate the brand's integrated content campaigns, directing Organic Social, Paid Social, and web strategies.
· Collaborate with Creative teams to develop and build integrated digital campaigns and engaging digital content.
· Lead in developing and implementing engaging social media strategies (organic content calendars & influencer programmes) that align with brand goals and channel objectives.
· Ensure the business stays at the forefront of new digital display technologies and formats, utilising dynamic ads, rich media, and high-impact formats.
· Report on performance with ongoing improvements and optimisation to engage stakeholders in the wider Digital Marketing team.
· Manage key agency relationships and budgets related to media buying and social media.
Ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
· Strong skills in managing campaign strategy across Digital and Creative channels – Organic & Paid Social, web content, and wider digital channels. A good balance between creative and commercial acumen.
· Previous experience in driving Social Media Strategies.
· Deep understanding of Social Media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as planning and scheduling platforms.
· Proficiency in Google Analytics.
· Experience leading small to medium scale projects and/or campaigns, with solid knowledge of digital marketing.
· Confident, proactive self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy. An inquisitive mindset and a drive for continual improvement.
· Solutions-driven, innovative, and creative thinker.
