We are seeking a Deputy Nursing Home Manager near Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
2. Lead and support the care team, stepping into full management responsibility when the Home Manager is absent.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate care staff, leading by example.
4. Support the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments for prospective residents.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident care plans and daily records.
6. Build strong relationships with residents' families and external partners.
7. Encourage residents and their families to actively engage in care planning.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Deputy Care Manager or in a similar leadership role.
2. NMC Registered Nurse with a valid pin (RGN/RMN).
3. Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
