We are currently seeking an experienced 8a Highly Specialist Applied Psychologist/Highly Specialist Psychological Therapist to work within the Service. This role is for Monday - Friday 9-5. Main duties of the job The role is Trustwide and will involve direct therapeutic activities and liaison/co-working with the Employee Support Service and various other departments. The successful candidate will be registered with a professional body (HCPC, GMC, NMC, SW-E), have previous experience of working at an 8a level, be committed to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees and have experience of providing a range of psychological interventions for trauma, anxiety, stress and depression etc. The post holder will report directly to the Clinical Lead for Health and Well-being and will be required to offer online video appointments (individual and group) and face-to-face appointments in the North of the Trust or at the Flatts Lane Centre, Middlesbrough as required for individual colleagues and team support.
