The role:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all the company's renewable energy products.
2. Make outbound calls to our customer database to generate enquiries.
3. Qualify the customer in line with our product criteria.
4. Set an appointment with the customer for our BDM to visit.
5. Handle inbound contacts (calls, emails, web-chat and other channels as appropriate) and support the customer through a consultative sales approach.
6. Ensure that all sales opportunities are dealt with in a professional manner, taking every opportunity to generate leads.
7. Support new sales activities with additional products as and when they come on-line.
8. Deliver sales excellence by achieving performance targets.
9. Respond to customer enquiries and information requests in a professional manner; ensuring accounts are up to date.
We're looking for:
1. B2B Contact Centre experience is desirable.
2. Experience in appointment setting desirable.
