We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, independent, and resourceful individual to join the Corneo Plastic Appointments team in the provision of coordination and administration of patients' outpatient appointments and referrals. This role involves extensive patient contact and requires working closely with the Nursing and Admin staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Co-ordinator with a clinical or customer service-focused background who can work both within a busy team and independently. They must remain calm, prioritize their workload, possess excellent communication skills, and have a flexible and proactive attitude.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The role will involve handling GP and patient queries for clinics, navigating the e-Referral Service, making appointments using various trust systems, and answering telephone calls from patients or GPs. An up-to-date working knowledge of clinics is needed to enable the post holder to manage appointments effectively.

Qualifications
* Maths & English GCSE or equivalent. NVQ 3 or equivalent knowledge or experience.
Knowledge
* Experience booking outpatient appointments.
* Knowledge of Cancer Referrals.
