PRODUCT COORDINATOR
Location: Craft Studios, McCann Manchester – Poynton, Stockport

Craft Studios has grown a lot in a little time, and offers end to end multi-media photographic solutions across all categories. We’re now looking for a Product Coordinator to join the growing team here. Those who work at Craft are a part of a process that is defined by hybridity. With 30,000 square feet at our disposal we’re able to shoot anything and everything on-site. Craft is delivering quality assets and video content on a daily basis. It’s an environment best suited to flexible people and so you’ll need to demonstrate this.
Summary Of The Role
Working as part of a small team and reporting into the Product Manager, you'll support our busy production studio by ensuring the photography team has all the required client materials for the day's shooting schedule. The role requires a great level of computer literacy, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers and the account management team at McCann.
The Part You’ll Play…
Main duties:
1. Contact suppliers on a daily/weekly basis to chase outstanding product and artwork (also sending reminders in lead up to deadline dates).
2. Request time sensitive products from suppliers, ensuring samples are sent in by required deadline date.
3. Record details of all stock on a database / Excel spreadsheet, to accurately maintain the status of those products, and ensure product movement is logged.
4. Export report of daily received products to create delivery note.
5. Liaise with suppliers for products they require returning, to arrange collection.
6. Assist with housekeeping across studio if required.
7. Assist in providing meet and greet to visitors at Craft (e.g. couriers / models / contractors).
Able to provide back-up support on the following during busy periods / annual leave:
1. Contact suppliers for product artwork and logos when required.
2. Manage and control all stock and product received into the Agency from suppliers.
3. Log all product in on a daily basis, take photographs for records and store in space supplied.
4. Ensure product is supplied to photographers each day, based on photography schedule and that product is correct to brief.
5. Log product back in and return to correct place once finished on shoot.
As Product Coordinator you’ll bring…
As a Minimum:
1. Excellent time management capabilities. You’ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, ensuring your responsibilities are taken care of effectively and within the deadlines.
2. An ability to quickly adjust and maintain a high standard of work.
3. Brilliant interpersonal skills. You’ll be comfortable working closely with colleagues and third party suppliers.
4. A great attention to detail and able to work independently.
5. Data and systems driven, comfortable with Excel / database systems.
6. Able to use your initiative to identify any areas for improvement or tasks which will support the wider team.
7. Full driving licence as some travel may be required between Craft Studios in Poynton and our HQ in Prestbury. (Pool car can be provided if needed).
Nice To Have:
1. Previous experience within a similar role in a studio or warehousing environment.
2. Fire Safety, First Aid qualified, trained in defibrillator use & Manual Handling (preferable but not essential).
