Inside Service Sales English language skills required (Business Level)
(Optional other Languages most welcome like Dutch/German)
This very interesting position located in Milton Keynes and reports to the Service Growth Manager.
You will sell or renew the company’s service contracts and services offerings via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. In such role you listen and respond to customer needs to drive new service innovations and growth.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Proactively sell service contracts and services offerings via phone
* Generate contract quotes using SAP and deliver to the customer via email and negotiate either on the phone or an email to generate the purchase order
* Tender Management in coordination with the Regional Service Manager and involved sales teams
* Achieve team and individual quotas for Orders and Sales and other defined KPIs
* Create new opportunities and follow up on open opportunities, both internally and externally. Close the sale by collection of a purchase order.
* Uphold accurate service agreement pricing to ensure that service contracts are profitable to Leica.
* Work with cross-functional teams together Sales and Service
* Directly report to the Service Growth Manager EMEA
* Utilize the DBS tools for Standard Work and Daily Management (e.g. Forecasting, Funnel Management, Value Selling and others)
* Proactively call existing and potential defined new customers to grow service contract and services offerings business
OUR EXPECTATIONS
* Sales negotiation skills, Hunter attitude
* Ability to engage with key stakeholders and navigate in a matrix organisation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Preferred experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
* Previous experience in an SAP environment is desired
