About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join our community nursing team as Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker. You will provide support to our patients in various clinical community environments across the Crediton Community Nursing areas. You will also form part of the Moretonhampstead Community Nursing team, supported by a dynamic management team that values staff wellbeing and development.
Along with supporting clinicians with their patient workloads, you will deliver clinical care delegated by a registered professional and contribute to the delivery of patient-focused care. The post holder will be part of an integrated health and social care team, responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' needs and the delivery of high-quality care. You will be supported by a Nurse Specialist (Community) and the operational management team.
You should have an NVQ 3 in Healthcare or be working towards a relevant qualification. We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker who has a current driving licence and attributes to form part of a dynamic team.
