The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Cleaner/Keyholder position for a busy client of ours in Whitstable.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am-8am and 7pm-8pm.
Pay: £11.44ph.
You will be required to unlock and un-alarm in the Mornings and set the alarm and lock the facility in the Evenings.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
2. Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
3. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
4. Wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, chairs, and countertops
5. Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper as needed
6. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
7. Follow established procedures for the proper handling and disposal of waste
8. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the office
9. Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
10. Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred, but not required
11. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
12. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
13. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
14. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
15. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending
16. Flexibility to work early morning or evening shifts as needed
17. Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
