POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution of online programs across all formats, including live and on demand programming. This motivated, organized, and service-oriented individual is the liaison between students, presenters, and internal departments including Programming, Marketing, and Registrations to ensure seamless execution and phenomenal student experience.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Communicates and plans effectively with presenters and Kripalu departments to ensure the successful delivery of online programs.
2. Schedules and runs pre-program production calls with presenters.
3. Gathers and communicates program details, including technical requirements and student handouts and communications.
4. Ensures marketing team has all critical information to communicate to guests in program emails, including pre- and post- program communications; reviews all communications to ensure accuracy.
5. Moderates and schedules moderators for all online programs, providing phenomenal service to Kripalu’s students.
6. Books all programs into Zoom and maintains Zoom calendar.
7. Downloads and maintains downloads of program recordings. Executes light video editing, when necessary, and uploads final videos for students.
8. Gathers video and text assets to create on demand programs in on demand platform.
9. Supports students throughout the online programs and via the Online Support email inbox.
10. Creates surveys and reports on student feedback and shares with internal teams.
11. Anticipates the needs of presenters, staff, and students and works as part of a team to provide excellent support.
12. Actively participates in continually evaluating and improving processes and the experience of all presenters and students.
13. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
14. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in event planning.
3. Demonstrated ability to work on a fast-paced team.
4. Excellent organization skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
5. Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Ability to learn new technology platforms as required.
7. Excellent customer service; positive attitude.
8. Takes initiative and follows through on directed projects.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Ability to hold many projects on different timelines.
11. Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential, as is the flexibility to adjust schedule according to the needs of the programs.
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Associate’s degree or equivalent.
2. Word, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom skills.
VALUED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Prior non-profit experience.
2. Experience with learning management systems.
3. Experience with video editing.
4. Experience with property management systems a plus.
