Junior Accounts Administrator
Our Wakefield based client are currently seeking an experienced – Junior Accounts Administrator to join their team.
The role will be working for a specialist provider of water and fire safety systems with a reputation for delivering an exceptional and proven product to its clients across a wide spectrum.
Reporting to the senior accounting team.
Day to day responsibilities:
* Credit Control
* Inputting financial transactions on Sage
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Bank Reconciliation
* VAT
* Preparation of wages and expenses
* Procurement
* Stock Control
* Raising Applications & Invoices
* Job costing administration
* General accounting duties
Must have a good knowledge and understanding of:
* Sage
* Excel
Advantage if you have knowledge of:
* Construction Industry
* Credit Control
