We have the exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our wonderful People Team! This is a permanent position. As a People Business Partner at Everyturn Mental Health, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the organisation to drive meaningful change, support wellbeing strategies and foster a culture of compassion and excellence. Whether it's guiding employee relations, managing transformative projects or shaping policies that align with our values, your work will have a real impact on colleagues and the people we serve.
This is a varied and dynamic role which will involve:
1. Handling an ER caseload
2. Leading complex TUPE and restructuring processes
3. Using data and insights to coach managers to drive performance
4. Delivering key initiatives to enhance engagement and equity
About you: We are looking for someone with strong HR expertise, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You'll be comfortable working both remotely and in-person, and will be prepared to travel to Everyturn sites across the country when needed. Ideally, you will be qualified to CIPD Level 5, but this is not essential. Previous experience handling Employee Relations, TUPE transfers and restructures is essential.
