Exciting Opportunity We are seeking an accomplished and ambitious Group Management Accountant to join the Lincoln College Group (LCG) and play a pivotal role across our portfolio companies. About the Role As Group Management Accountant, you will lead with tenacity and energy, bringing your expertise in management accounting to deliver accurate financial information and supporting internal stakeholders across the Group. Your ability to confidently communicate, challenge and produce user-friendly and meaningful information will be essential. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Collaboration: Report to the Chief Finance and Compliance Officer. You'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller to maintain the highest quality of financial information and advice. You will lead a team of highly competent developing accountants. Compliance & Credibility: Ensure adherence to both internal and external regulatory finance requirements, including external reporting, filings, and financial audits. Analysis & Insight: Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, trends, and forecasts, supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you will need: A commitment to our mission and values, with a passion for the further education sector. Excellent organisational and leadership qualities. A minimum of five years' experience in a senior finance leadership role, showcasing your technical accounting capabilities. Work Environment This position is based at our offices at Lincoln College. While we offer hybrid working options for the right candidate, we expect you to be in the office at least four days a week. This approach will help you build strong relationships and maintain visibility within the team and the wider organisation.
