We’re growing, and we need a Sales Account Manager to join our team. Someone who loves talking to people, understands the value of great customer service, and wants to make an impact without the burnout that comes from hammering cold call lists.
You’ll be working in a relaxed but vibrant sales office – definitely not a call centre vibe. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be given the autonomy to run your desk and portfolio like it’s your own business. Want to offer a discount or negotiate on a deal? Go for it – we trust you to make the call.
What you’ll be doing:
* Following up on warm inbound leads (no cold calling – we mean it)
* Building relationships with both new and existing clients
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the best bespoke solutions
* Managing your own sales pipeline with plenty of autonomy
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and great customer experiences

* Someone with sales or account management experience (construction background a bonus, but not essential)
