Work type: You’ll be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday within a structured working window. Out of hours, weekend working, and bank holidays will be part of a structured work pattern. Once fully trained, you will be assessed for working on your own and will be required to participate in an out of hours standby rota, which includes evenings, weekends, and overnight callouts. This is done in a planned & scheduled way, so you will have visibility of exactly when you will be on call (currently sits at 1 week in every 16 weeks). In addition to standby, you will be expected to work some weekends, which currently sits at one weekend in every 16 weeks; therefore, flexibility outside of working core hours is essential.

Where you fit: You will work as part of an operational team to deliver exceptional performance against targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving customer confidence and satisfaction.
