Your Mission As the Head of Delivery Management, you will lead the charge in ensuring seamless, high-impact service delivery to our clients while driving alignment with Datatonic’s strategic goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in not only optimising how we deliver projects but also shaping the next generation of delivery leaders within the organisation. What you’ll do: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement delivery strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Collaborate with senior management to define delivery goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Determine and implement delivery methodologies that meet the clients needs Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and managing the team to be a high performing and effective delivery function, including but not limited to escalation, support, coaching, skills building and overall individual empowerment. Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results. Resource Management - making sure your team has the right blend of people, process, and tools to be highly effective in their roles. This includes Community of Practice growth, team collaboration, and Continuous Improvement. Account Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Accountable for ensuring the right controls and governance is being followed across Delivery Responsible for upwards reporting on overall EMEA portfolio performance Tracking and maintaining Change control is followed internally and externally. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Gather feedback and leverage insights to enhance service delivery. Senior point of escalation to unblock issues and manage the most severe project/programme risks Process Optimisation: Continuously Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency, improve quality and reduce running costs. Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise resource allocation. Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risk across delivery portfolio effectively, internally and externally Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and internal policies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. What we need from you: 10 years of experience in delivery management or project management, with a focus on leading teams. Experience of developing and growing teams Strong knowledge of project and programme management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Influence at across all areas of business especially at Senior Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to challenges.
