We offer courses at our Barry and Blackwood sites, as well as at customer sites across the UK. We also provide fully funded courses subject to eligibility, and were the first training provider in Wales to launch Groundworks & Plant Operations apprenticeships in 2023.
Role Description
This full-time role for an Administrative Assistant is based on-site in Barry or Caerphilly. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, facilitating effective communication, and providing executive administrative assistance. Scheduling courses and management of the internal training portal. They will also be responsible for various clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Reliability and discretion in handling confidential information
* A can-do attitude with motivation to learn and use initiative would be an advantage.
* Use of Sage software to invoice would also be desirable.
