* Ensuring month-end activities align with Group financial calendars.
* Building excellent client relationships and solving problems with innovation.
Reporting directly to the Head of AR, you'll strike the perfect balance between motivating your team and knowing when to escalate issues when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 5 GCSEs (grades A-C), including Maths.
* Proficiency in billing and credit processes, Excel, Word, and ideally SAP.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-working skills.
* The ability to deliver targets, optimise cash collections, and improve debtor performance.
