Job Description Title: Conveyancing Administration Assistant Locations: West Yorkshire Salary: Up to £23,000 DOE Role Overview: As a Conveyancing Adminstration Assistant you will provide crucial administrative support to the Head of Department and other fee earners. Your role will also involve being the first point of call for new clients and welcoming them into the office. You will play an essential part in ensuring the team operates smoothly and delivers exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: General administration duties: requesting ID, contract packs, post completion Communicating with clients, third parties, and agents via phone, written correspondence, and in person Performing general supportive duties as directed by the fee earners About You: We are looking for an ambitious and innovative individual eager to excel in a high-performing environment.
