Leading procurement activities across the organisation - Human Resources and Marketing
Developing strategic relationships with key suppliers
Managing supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Overseeing the implementation of procurement policies and procedures
Managing and developing a high-performing procurement team
Driving cost-saving initiatives within the procurement department
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Contributing to the company's overall strategy and goalsProfile
A successful Senior Procurement Officer should have:
Human Resources category experience is a must
Proven experience in a procurement leadership role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
