Job Title: Arable Operator Location: Hertfordshire Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary Accommodation: provided Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Arable Operator to join a well-established farm in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in arable operations, machinery use, and general farm maintenance, including fencing. Key Responsibilities: Operating a range of modern arable machinery efficiently and safely. Using forklifts and telehandlers for farm operations. Assisting with fencing and general farm maintenance. Carrying out fieldwork, including cultivation, drilling, spraying, and harvesting. Maintaining and servicing farm equipment. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience in arable farming and machinery operation. Valid telehandler (forklift) certificate or relevant experience. PA1 & PA2 spraying certificates (desirable but not essential). Full UK driving licence. Benefits: Competitive salary up to £45,000.
