Accounts assistant required for a temporary to permanent opportunity in Atherstone. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately and be extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others. The job involves providing administrative support to the accounting department, following the stringent procedures whilst performing tasks like data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks, with proficiency in accounting software Sage & Excel. Any knowledge of export procedures would be an advantage as many of our clients are based in Europe and USA but this is not essential. You must have good telephone manner and be able to liaise on a professional basis with clients and suppliers. This role is office based, working hours are 37.5 and can be 8.15 a.m. - 4.30 p.m Monday - Thursday, then 8am. - 3 p.m on a Friday or you can work 8.30 a.m. - 5. P.m. Monday - Thursday and 9.a.m - 3.p.m Friday
