Our Successful Apprentices will work from our Yeovil office 5 days per week. Imagine, out-shine and outperform DXC Role Description A Build Operative is an outstanding individual who can time manage and prioritise workload to reach our targets and exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for the ownership of the entire laptop, tablet and desktop process, including both internal and external communication to co-ordinate each request from beginning to end. Responsibilities Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment Collate statistics and maintain records Meet daily targets for all devices Update and maintain account escalation tracker Profile devices – laptops, desktops, tablets Troubleshoot problems Organise shipping Act as point of contact for all device queries Liaise with all departments on site to produce seamless operational results Highlight risks and opportunities Work with the Team Lead to assist with schedule management Prioritise tasks to facilitate shipping to meet or exceed deadlines Personal Skills, Knowledge & Experience Completion of background investigation Ability to work under pressure Strong accurate Data Entry Skills required Strong people skills.
