Job Description
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and delivering key projects.
* Oversee and manage daily HR operations, providing expert guidance to stakeholders.
* Lead and support strategic HR initiatives to align with business goals.
* Support with wider projects including Systems and Pay projects.
* Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advice, insights, and best practices.
* Support wider HR projects, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role in a dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and best practices.
* Previous exposure to HR system implementations and Pay review projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change effectively.
* Able to start within a few weeks.
* Proven experience working in a charitable organisation.
