We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer who embraces our vision and is keen and confident to deliver results. What you’ll be doing?
* Acting as technical lead on IT Infrastructure projects
* Providing authoritative technical advice to the IT Operations team, management and stakeholders
* Taking ownership of technical issues across P2U infrastructure and EUC, proactively develop solutions to problems
* Developing strategic solutions to improve infrastructure and/or reduce IT costs
* Liaising with counterparts across the business, including partner organizations, suppliers, Local IT and other 3rd Parties
* Providing technical ownership of applications and systems including: Azure, O/M365 Products including security products, Intune, Firewalls, Switches and other infrastructure components
* Leading on incident investigation
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum 5 years+ experience in a technical support role.
* Experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
* Experience working with security/logging tools such as Entra, Nessus, ELK, Kibana, LogRhythum, NewRelic, etc.
* Strong understanding of networking (CCNA or equivalent highly desirable).
* Strong knowledge of cloud environments (particularly Azure)
* Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers (2016+)
* Strong knowledge of server virtualisation
* Strong knowledge of containerisation
* Proven track record in technical leadership
