About the Role
Working with different individuals every day, a Location Manager’s job is incredibly varied, and no two days are the same. We connect with our communities in different ways, and when you join the housing team, you’ll need a good balance of heart and head to manage property matters, tenancy matters, and relationships with residents.
The Location Manager role is diverse and involves working with departments across the organization. You should feel confident leading relationship management with key stakeholders and partners.
Responsibilities
1. Manage properties and support residents to live independently
2. Let properties, manage rent accounts, address anti-social behaviour, and ensure repairs are completed
3. Listen to residents and address issues proactively
4. Handle complaints thoroughly, ensuring residents are listened to and informed
5. Maintain resident trust through effective communication, setting expectations, and delivering services
6. Manage the location’s budget and service charge accounts, ensuring high standards of maintenance and repairs
7. Ensure safety through health and safety checks and risk assessments
8. Support residents' independence by working with external agencies to provide necessary services
9. Encourage resident participation in social events and community activities
