Job Description: As the Chief AI Processor Software & Hardware Co-design Architect, you will be at the helm of pioneering AI processors into a new era. Your role involves:
1. Lead in AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry and technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding and predicting the future of AI applications and algorithms. You'll be instrumental in developing key technical architectures for foundational AI software and hardware, addressing critical usability and performance challenges in comprehensive AI solutions.
2. Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects. Your role extends beyond our headquarters, identifying and leveraging global resources to enhance project outcomes. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the overall architectural design and driving successful project execution.

4. Mastery in Technical Problem-Solving: Exhibit your proficiency in identifying and addressing critical bottlenecks, particularly in challenging domains like Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large-scale AI models.
5. Pioneer in Strategic Development and Innovation: Assume a pivotal role in steering the planning and architectural design for cutting-edge chip technologies and foundational system software.
Desirable Technical Background:
1. NPU Chip architecture
2. Software-Hardware co-design, workload analysis/slicing
3. Proficiency across AI sub-fields, including application algorithms, frameworks, runtime, modelling, simulation and compilers.
4. Track record of transforming academic research into commercial successes.
