Job summary We are seeking a motivated pharmacist to lead clinical pharmacy services for the Emergency Department at Chesterfield Royal Hospital on a fixed term contact. You will be working within the new £27m state-of-the-art Urgent and Emergency Care Department. Main duties of the job You will undertake a lead pharmacist role working closely with the Emergency Department on all aspects of Medicines Management. You will work clinically within the Emergency department with the opportunity to utilise independent prescribing. You will have a key role in managing clinical pharmacy services at the front door and linking with other teams as patients move on their journey beyond ED either into the hospital or back out into the integrated care system.
